Manage membership

Enter the email you used at checkout. We open your secure billing page, where you can see receipts, update your card, or cancel a subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. A lifetime membership is a one-time purchase with nothing to cancel.

Subscribed through the iPhone app?

App Store subscriptions are managed by Apple: open Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone.

Refunds and help

Email within 14 days of a charge for a full refund, or for anything else. We usually reply within two business days.
