What SettleCheck is

SettleCheck is an information service. It lists open class-action settlements, refunds, and credits from public sources and estimates which ones may apply to you based on your answers. SettleCheck is not a law firm, does not give legal advice, and does not file, submit, or manage claims. Eligibility and payment are decided solely by the settlement administrator or company.

No guarantee

Estimates shown in the app are illustrative. We do not guarantee that you qualify for any settlement, that a claim will be approved, or that you will receive any amount. Deadlines, terms, and payouts are set by third parties and can change without notice.
